1. Salsa, Kizomba and Bachata Taster Classes
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced dancer, I’m sure you can’t help yourself when a song starts to play. If you want to meet new people and shake your body, don’t hesitate to try the free classes Salsa Dublin offers this week. They are held in the very centre of Dublin, so you won’t have an excuse not to come over!
Take a look at the different classes they have and book on their webpage for the one you don’t want to miss. Don’t forget to be ready to have fun!

2. Open mic at The Zodiac Sessions
Every Wednesday evening The Zodiac Sessions offers its stage to give musicians the opportunity of sharing their talent while having the chance to chat with other players, listen to their music and even have a laugh with the audience.
Their philosophy is simple but effective: no rush, just relax and enjoy the music. Whether you want to drop by or you want to play, be sure to visit their Facebook page for more information and their Youtube channel to take a look at the previous sessions.

3. Los Paradiso at The Leeson Lounge
If you still haven’t heard either of these names, you definitely need to come. Los Paradiso is an original blues and rockabilly group that plays every Wednesday at Leeson Lounge.
The plan is a must in the city, so don’t hesitate to go over and finish your Wednesday in the best possible way and with a good pint in your hand.

4. Free classes at Dance Ireland
Today is your lucky day! In Dance Ireland they want us to keep enjoying the first days of the year with a very interesting proposal. This evening they are offering a wide range of free taster classes including tai chi, swing dance, aikido, barre workout, burlesque, embodiment, nia, yoga, kangoo power, parkour, contemporary dance, and ballet.
You still have some time to decide which one you’ll be joining. The only thing you have to do is to be sure you drop early to the avoid disappointment, wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to have a great time!

5. College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM)
The College of Naturopathic Medicine is Ireland’s largest and longest established training provider for Nutrition, Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture Courses with colleges in Dublin, Cork and Galway.
If you’d like to get to know more about naturopathic medical approaches and solve any question regarding nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture or homeopathy, you can show up at their free open day today. You’ll just have to book your free ticket in advance and be ready to learn and have a great time!
